NATIONAL WOMEN'S
BASKETBALL LEAGUE LAUNCHES THIS SUNDAY
KINGSTON, JAMAICA - The
2007 season of the JABA MODERN RUBBER STAMP AND JOY
McLEOD CUSTOMS BROKER WOMEN’S BASKETBALL LEAGUE is
set to tip-off this Sunday (Nov 25, 2007) at the
National Stadium Court.
The competition will commence at 4:00 pm with an Opening
Ceremony and Uniform parade with representative from all
participating clubs.
A
rally will follow at 5:00 pm.
1. Waulgrovian
Bullets are defending champions.
2. Metrobelles,
the sisters to NBL outfit Urban Knights.
3. JABA U-19
squad, the National development team.
4. Lady Panthers,
sisters to Blazing Panthers from Portmore.
5. Swift Angels,
sisters to Swift Sons.
6. Braves Smilers,
sisters of Braves Chiefs.
