its 1, 000th Visitor
Western Basketball Association's website –
www.wbajamaica.com - continues to set records in 2008.
 For the second straight quarter, the website received a record
number of average monthly visits in June, while Tuesday, July 1,
produced a new record with 1009 visitors!
With increasing interest in the Lucozade Sport Men's Basketball
Championship and Catherine Hall All-Stars' KFC NBL campaign,
wbajamaica.com had an average 108 visitors per day in May,
while April’s number of 79 was up from 67 in February.
It’s a great result for the website and the team of people that work
at all hours to upgrade, improve and update it. With the website
revamped and frequently updated, followers of local basketball are
now able to receive more news and features, along with necessary
information from the basketball community.
Already, in the first four days of July, the website has received an
average 98 hits per day – on the back of the Lucozade Sport MBC
playoffs and Fruta/Oasis Purified Water 2008 campaign still to come,
expect July to be another record month.
