WBA All-Star Team to
Challenge Southern Conference All-Stars
The Western
Basketball Association's all-star traveling team will
venture to Kingston on Sunday April 20th, 2008 to
challenge the Southern Conference all-star team as part
of their Mid-Season activities at the National Stadium
courts.
For some weeks now a number of selectees have being in
training with hopes of making the final cut of twelve,
these will bear the flag for Western Jamaica in an
attempt to be victorious and also showcase our local
talent.
The players who have being in training are as follows;

Matches in the 2008 Lucozade
Sport Men's Basketball Championship this weekend will all be
played on Saturday, April 19th, 2008 aptly dubbed "Super
Saturday". Three games will be played on this day to
facilitate the all-star team's travel to Kingston.
