The Annual General Meeting of the Western Basketball Association will be held:

Date: Sunday December 13, 2009
Time: 3:00pm
Location: WBA Office - Montego Bay Cricket Club

Due to space constraints affiliated members of the Association are entitled, and invited to send two (2) representatives to attend the meeting.

2.0 Agenda

An agenda for the meeting shall be emailed or posted to all members on our email database, as well as being displayed on the noticeboard of the Association, no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the Annual General Meeting. This will include all matters of business received.

3.0 Nominations for Board Positions

In accordance with the constitution, any current member of the Western Basketball Association can nominate for a position as a board member.

Nominations close Wednesday, December 9, 2009.
