STORM OUT, TIGERS
IN
The
WBA Leagues Committee are pleased to announce the
promotion of Railway Tigers back to Western Jamaica's
premier basketball showcase this season after a hard
fought qualification match between last season's Men's
Basketball Development League (MBDL-D2) third place
finishers Central Flames out of Hanover.
Tigers' Caustant Holness scored twelve of his
team's 62 points,
whilst Flames managed only 52. Kirk Dorman scored 11
in the losing cause.

Rainbow Storm a
veteran team were unable to register enough players so
as to compete this season, this provided the opening
Tigers needed to usurp relegation. Based on the makeup
of the MBDL this year, Flames are predicted to hoist the
winning trophy.
