Ballers roll-over Naldi Knights Kashika
Brown notched a double-double and game-high 19
points and 10 boards for the defending WBA Female League
champions Unique Ballers on Saturday night at the
Montego Bay Cricket Club Multipurpose Court.
Tracy-Ann Kelly added 14 points, 6 boards and two
steals to propel the Trelawny-based Ballers to a 47-24
lashing of the St. James-based Naldi Lady Knights.
Unique to the Ballers style of play, the pummeled Lady
Knights 23-3 in the first term only to run out of steam
in the remaining three terms of the match where they
were only able to score a total of 24 points.
Strange enough, the Lady Knights were still not able to
overtake them and trailed to the very end and giving the
Ballers their third straight win of the season thus far.
Shadian Hemmings was the only hot-hand for losers as she
made 16 points and grabbed 6 boards.
