Tulsa’s win

Sophomore center, Jerome Jordan,
narrowly missed a triple-double last night when
he had 18 points, 14 rebounds and eight blocked

Tulsa to a 66-49 victory over
East
Carolina
University in the
opening game of the Conference USA tournament.
The 7’ 0” Jordan

also set a new tournament record with 11 blocks
as a team. They will face second-seeded
University of Alabama Birmingham (UAB) tonight.
