SIC survives John A. Logan

Harrisburg, IL (2-1-2008) Andree Wilson buried a couple of big shots last night to help Southeastern Illinois College (SIC) escape with a 72-70 win over John A. Logan College. Down by as many as nine points in the second half, coach Todd Franklin decided to stick with his "Iron Five" lineup and they delivered.

SIC orchestrated a 17-3 run that was capped by a jump-hook from Wilson off the right block to take the lead for good then held off Logan's last gasp effort. Wilson finished with 14 points for SIC who improved to 18-4.
