BROWNS TOWN TOPS THE BURGER KING INTERCOL
LADDER
Browns Town Community College has completed the
preliminary round of the Burger King / Inter-collegiate
Basketball Open League Competition without losing a
game. They are now sitting at the top of the tables
awaiting the arrival of the
e
next finalist. This could be decided on Thursday, Nov 15
when third place Caribbean Maritime Institute travel to
Christiania to take on second place Knox Community
College in a rescheduled game.
A
win by Knox would guarantee them a place in the final
but a win by The Maritime Institute would keep their
hope alive for the final spot with still another game in
hand to play. The winner of the Open Division will be
promoted to the Division One league next season which at
the moment is seeing some exciting encounters.
