Bulls rough up All Stars

Catherine Hall All Stars that hosted Port Royal Bulls on Sunday at the Montego Bay Cricket Club court were totally devastated in the encounter with the Bulls playing fluently from the first whistle of the JABA/KFC National Basketball League.

In each quarter they scored and rebounded at will against a Catherine Hall team that was terrible at the rim and even worse at rebounding. The All Stars team was also awful from the free throw line, Neville Christie was theCatharine Hall All Stars Dave Black #21 dribbles past a Port Royal Bulls player in their National Basketball League game at the Montego Bay Cricket Club Court scoring 13 points in his teams loosing effort going down 44-98 in the encounter highest scorer for All Stars with 16 points and 4 rebounds while Goyan Malcolm supported with 13 points and 6 rebounds and Dave Black also scored 13 points.

Leighton Meeks was most outstanding before he fouled out of the game scoring 22 points 9 rebounds and 5 assists for the Port Royal Bulls but it was Damien Young with a game high 31 points 17 rebounds 2 steals and 3 blocks along with Kede Guyah 10 points 9 rebounds and Davian Wade 11 points 5 assists and 8 steals who all contributed with their good ball handling skills while their off the ball movement they were not easily picked out by their opponents and it made life a lot easier while the All Stars looked jaded and worn out as though they were woefully overworked the visitors won the game 98-44 and should be very happy they made light work of their opponents.
